Efektivitas Penerapan Good Corporate Governance (GCG) dalam Meningkatkan Keberlanjutan Program Siaran Berbasis Lokal
Abstract
This study explores the implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) in managing local-based broadcasting programs at RRI Denpasar and its effectiveness in supporting program sustainability. Using a descriptive qualitative method, data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings indicate that the application of five GCG principles (transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence, and fairness) has supported the sustainability of local broadcasting programs at RRI Denpasar. Transparency improves information access, accountability strengthens program management, responsibility supports cultural preservation, independence ensures editorial freedom, and fairness actively involves the local community. The consistent application of GCG effectively enhances program quality, audience loyalty, and RRI Denpasar's role in preserving local culture amidst digital media competition.
